This privacy policy sets out how Apsu Ltd (the Company) collects, uses, discloses, and stores your personal information when you use this website at apsutherapies.com or when providing personal information during a one-to-one consultation. 

Apsu Ltd is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected at all times. We will never share your information with any third party for marketing purposes. All information is handled and managed in accordance with the European General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) 2018.

During your use of our website (including browsing), your registration/subscription, your interaction on our Social Media site, and therapy consultation and treatment process we may collect and process the following information about you: -

Subscribing, Bookings, and Competitions (web-based)

  • When signing up to our mailing list we ask for your name and email address in order to contact you about interesting deals, offers, news and events, and promotion of our services. Once subscribed, you agree to us sending you a further email to confirm.

  • When making a booking for a treatment or service we ask for your name, email address and contact number to ensure that we have suitable contact details to enable us to register your booking and communicate with you to confirm your booking, send you an electronic email reminder 24 hours prior to your booking, and to contact you regarding any issue that may affect your booking.

  • We may contact you to notify you regarding your subscription account, troubleshooting your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to send updates about our Company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text message, and postal mail.

  • You may also give us information about you when you participate in our competitions, surveys and Social Media activities which include your name, email address, telephone no., personal preferences, hobbies and activities and details of your Social Media accounts, posts and preferences. This helps us to contact our visitors and to create aggregated statistical data of non-personal information to help improve our services.

  • Apsu Ltd is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our services and products to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com's data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

Consultations and provision of therapy services (non-web-based) 

  • During your one-to-one consultations you will be asked to provide personal details such as name, address, date of birth, telephone contact number, GP name and address, medical history, and other personal detail relevant to the service. This helps us to understand necessary medical information and address any possible contraindications or conditions that may affect your treatment, your health or indicate any risk to the therapist.

  • This information provided by you to Apsu Ltd during consultation is kept in hard copy format and is stored in a confidential manner to prohibit unauthorised access. It is not shared with any third party. Sharing of any consultation records and their content may ONLY be done with other healthcare professionals with your explicit written permission. This includes all medical history, therapy findings, feedback, aftercare instructions, advice and recommendations.

  • An exclusion to the above, would be where the therapist considers that the client is at risk of serious harm from self or others whereupon suitable referral will be made to relevant authorities to ensure appropriate safeguarding of the individual(s).


Apsu Ltd uses Wix Bookings to allow on-line booking of services at www.apsutherapies.com. Wix.com also uses cookies on your computer when logged into the Company website to track site usage. Some are temporary (transient) and will collect session information without identifying you. These will erase when you close you browser. There are also permanent cookies which will remain on the hard drive of your computer until they expire or are deleted. These cookies are used to collect identifying information about you, such as your Web surfing behaviour or preferences during use of the Apsu Ltd website. Overall, cookies help us to provide a better website by monitoring webpage traffic. Cookies cannot access any information from your computer and provides data that you chose to share with us.
